Returns and Exchanges

At Ecosslight, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your indoor plant purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your indoor plant must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and properly cared for
  • In the original packaging when possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process

To begin a return, please contact us at Ecosslight with your order details. We will supply you with return instructions and a return authorisation number. Please do not send plants back without first contacting us.

Once we receive your returned plant and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Plants

If your indoor plant arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will organise a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your plant for a different variety, please contact us. Exchanges depend on product availability. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
